Of the thousands of Realtors we have had the opportunity to meet with over the last two decades, we have met very few who have developed their personal practice into a successful, long term business that consistently earned them an annual net profit of 6 figures or more.
I have seen many agents come into this business…only to go. Many never experience any type of success at all.
Then again, there are those agents who have had some success, but their success was not sustainable. After a while the zest they had at an earlier time for the real estate business turns in consistent stress and negativity toward their work. The love of the business they once had is almost completely gone, yet many hang on to the dream of freedom, flexibility and significant income a real estate career might offer. Most are unsure sure what to do or who to turn too.
We have an opportunity for the right individual to make a significant positive difference for these agents, their families and their clients.
Mentor Coaching Opportunity
We are looking for a limited number (in different geographical locations) of successful Realtors who are service oriented with a high-level of communication skills, that would like to expand their services to mentoring and coaching other Realtors. Their task is simply to help those agent’s businesses grow and prosper by providing encouragement and guidance based on and in conjunction with the services Fusion Real Estate Network provides. Fusion is a Real Estate Firm that provides the highest level of tangible support to real estate agents on a daily basis so they can build long term successful businesses of their own.
Fusion literally invests it’s time and money into each agent’s personal business. Fusion does not charge any upfront fees, in fact all of our revenue comes from real estate sales commission, yet the commission split that we offer to most agents starts at 80%. Fusion also limits its commission to a cap of $6000.00 annually. Once an agent has hit the Fusion commission cap, they earn 100% commission for the remainder of the calendar year.
At Fusion we see our agents as our only clients; therefore we are not interested in promoting Fusion to the general public. We concentrate on promoting each individual agent’s business brand to their potential clients. This means we allow our agents the ability to brand themselves individually as the main person or figurehead of their own business. It is a proven fact that most top producing agents promote themselves this way to generate creditability.
Fusion’s mission is to help our agents develop long term successful careers. To accomplish this goal we actually invest in marketing procedures, marketing material and perform much of the ongoing work to help find and keep clients for each individual agent. Without cost to our agents, we provide just about every single service and tool necessary to succeed long term in real estate.
One of the most important services we provide our agents is structured and purposeful coaching and mentoring from skilled real estate practitioners. This is the position highlighted in this document for you to consider.

The residential real estate industry as a whole in regards to long-term, sustainable success for active agents could only be described as atrocious. Less than 1 out of 50 agents ever succeed at creating a sustainable, long term successful career. This is the big pink elephant in the room NOBODY is talking about! It is a proven fact that almost all agents that are successful have had a lot of help and support to reach their production levels. This is what Fusion does; we support, help, build, brand, market, mentor and coach our agents so that they realize a long term successful career. Our mission is that simple.
Qualifications of Coach / Mentors
The agents that Fusion Real Estate Network supports are primarily agents that generate the majority of their business by referral and sphere of influence marketing. When we have the right fit for a coach / mentor candidate, we will offer an opportunity for that Realtor to still list and sell real estate (with all of our support services to increase their business) but also for them coach and mentor other agents to develop solid and healthy businesses.
A Coach / Mentor will have the ability to “earn” themselves a partnership position with our firm. This agent will have the ability to choose whether to work part time as a coach and just develop an additional source of income to their current sales or grow the coaching business to a point where the coaching income becomes their primary source of income.
The type of Agents we are seeking for this opportunity will currently have strong and steady businesses. The level of service they provide to their clients is the hall mark of their accomplishments. Their current business has primarily been generated by referral and sphere of influence marketing.
Our Coaches / Mentors need to have the following skills and characteristics:
1. Interested in teaching / Coaching / Mentoring
2. Interested in expanding their business services and revenue sources
3. Closed a minimum of 18 deals annually or 4 million in total sales volume
4. Most of their business is generated by referral or sphere of Influence
5. Maintain a professional image and conduct.
6. Customer service oriented
7. Willing to follow a system and be a part of something
8. Willing to promote Fusion services
We have found that this particular profile of an agent is a perfect fit for Fusion Real Estate Network.
The Responsibilities
There are two major areas of responsibilities for our Coach / Mentors; coaching your agents and the promotion of Fusion to agents who are not yet a part of our organization. The coach / mentor’s job is to help, encourage, advise, suggest solutions and also to be a friend. Fusion has a simple step-by-step program for agents to follow that all but guarantees their long term success. You promote Fusion’s processes and services and you help your agents stay on track. It is that easy.
“It is a feel good job with many rewards”
Mentoring and coaching is really the primary part of this position once your book of business is built. You would not be responsible for contract supervision, escrow management, DRE regulations or any other administrative tasks.
Your coaching “roadmap” will be based upon our Fusion systems. We will require you to teach our systems that make common sense but also to include your own world experience, your own personality, and your own mojo!
This is a relationship that starts off in the beginning of having possibly weekly contact with each agent but eventually as their business grows, the amount of contact is reduced dramatically so long as the agent is on track. As long as that agent is a part of our organization and you are his or her coach you will be compensated!
However if the agent is struggling we want to be sure we do whatever we can in our power to help them achieve results. After all they are OUR clients, and as long as they do their part, we will do ours.

Promotion of Fusion Services
Promotion of the Fusion Real Estate Network is how you would grow your team of agents. (we provide pre-set appointments and advertising to share with agents our services) If you are a successful candidate, you would be one of a few who could offer it exclusively in your area.
You would be helping agents to buildand grow a long term successful business. Is this something you would like to share with others?
The Financial upside and General Compensation
Fusion provides all of our agents with tremendous support and marketing services in addition to one of the most lucrative commission structures to be found in the real estate business. Fusion shares a significant amount of the retained Fusion commission dollars from the associate agents with the coach / mentoring agent every single month. At the point the coach / mentor earns into a partnership position, the partner would have the ability to sell his / her interest back to the company or another Fusion Partner-Manager and earn residual income every month.
